Reviews and Ratings
We had a fun time at the resort, especially enjoying the water park, but there were a few disappointments that held us back from having the perfect stay. The room was not the most comfortable due to issues with the temperature and some cleanliness issues. Additionally, the prices for everything were quite steep, which made it feel less like a value for money experience. Despite these drawbacks, we plan to return but will definitely come prepared with our own food and drinks next time.
We had a fun time at the hotel, especially enjoying the indoor water park and various activities for the kids. The room was clean and comfortable, which was great for our family. However, the dining options and customer service had some frustrating moments, and staffing issues seemed to affect our experience overall. There were definitely highlights, but a few areas need improvement.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location is great and the water park was a hit with the kids, but my experience was marred by poor service and billing issues. The staff was friendly, but the management definitely needs to improve their oversight and communication. I wouldn't recommend the dining options as they fell short of expectations, especially given the premium prices.
The hotel has a fun water park that's sure to please kids, but the overall experience left much to be desired. The dining options are limited and overpriced, and the rooms didn't live up to expectations. While the arcade offers entertainment, it's way too costly for what you get. Overall, this place feels more like a corporate cash grab than a family-friendly getaway.
Our family had a wonderful time at Great Wolf Lodge! The kids loved the water park, and the staff was incredibly attentive and nice. However, we did experience some long lines at check-in, and the cleanliness of our room left a bit to be desired. Despite these hiccups, we felt it was a fun getaway with lots to offer for families, and we'll likely return.
